Speaking of dedication, while Frank was recovering from his recent surgery, he continued to work remotely and was in communication with us enabling us to complete several “in progress “ projects during his recovery period. We had the good fortune to connect with TotalCare seven years ago when we purchased our home in Keenes Point. The entire staff, office and field managers, are consistently exceptional in timely response to calls, emails or texts. No problem or request is too big or too small for this exceptional team of people! As long term clients, we have seen the company grow and over the years have had a change in field agents assigned to our home. The few times these changes have occurred, Chuck and the office team have insured a seamless transition. Our field manager Jose, who has been with us for the past year, is a gem. One day we may need help intercepting a package delivery and the next day he will be coordinating the repainting the interior of the house, overseeing a roof replacement, addressing a leaking water heater or arranging repair of a pool issue. He notices concerns big and small and brings them to our attention promptly. We could not be happier with TotalCare!

Our family has been Total Care customers in Golden Oak for almost 5 years. We have always been taken care of so well and our current Total Care representative Jimmy is THE MAN. Jimmy has an amazing “can do” attitude with any need that arises and knows so much about all things involved with maintaining a home. It’s rare to find someone that you can unequivocally rely on and we are so thankful that we have found that in Total Care.

Gui, property manager, is awesome. He is always pleasant, easy to deal with, and gets things done efficiently. As a company they get more attention and timely response from service providers than I do as an individual. The housekeeping crew does a great job. I wish I had them all back in Indy.
